SA Death Metal heavyweights Tzun Tzu take to the Gibson Stage for a night of no Zen with support from revamped tech-titans, Omnium, and new-breed thrashers, Impetus.
Melding the frenzy of Thrash with the gravity of Death Metal, Impetus are the new breed on the scene, sharing bills with Oz Metal alumni and showing old dogs new tricks.
Formed in 1997, Omnium set out to explore the outer realms of extreme music. The band was a mainstay locally and nationally, supporting international acts such as Nile, Hate Eternal and Vader, with Oz guns Psycroptic and Alarum among their peers. They return with a revamped lineup, new material and new energy.
Tzun Tzu combine Eastern philosophy with heavyweight Death Metal. For over twenty years they've forged an iron path, supporting such legendary acts as Carcass and Dismember to earn the title, Artisans of War. Join them as they headline this night of no Zen.
